We would like to offer our guests a carefree and hygienic stay. That is why we have also adapted our hygiene measures and pay attention to professional cleaning and disinfection in the entire house. It goes without saying that our employees* adhere to the current hygiene regulations and keep a suitable distance from our guests. We always act in accordance with the current guidelines of the Austrian Federal Government.
We would like to point out that the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply to cancellations due to Covid – 19 and recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with Europäische Versicherung.
We appeal to the individual responsibility of each guest and
ask, out of consideration, to maintain the necessary safety distance.
