The visitor’s tax amounts to € 3,00 per person and day (< 15 years) will be charged additionally.

The prices for the rooms and the living unit are per person/day and include all taxes, breakfast at our buffet, as well as the use of our wellness area.

The prices for the apartments are per apartment/day and include all taxes, the final cleaning and the use of our wellness area.

In Summer the Basis – package of the Silvretta-all-inclusive Card ist included in the price. We are happy to issue the PREMIUM Card for only € 49 for the duration of your stay ( children up to 7 years free of charge, children 8-16 years 50% off ).

There is a surcharge of 5% -15% for short-term stays up to four days. For stays of up to four days at the Opening and Finish Events we charge the slightly higher Ski Classic Prices.

In case of late arrivals or early departures we charge prices as quoted in the binding reservation. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Terms of Cancellation: The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions are applicable for all reservations

• cancellations up to a minimum of 3 months before the scheduled arrival are free of charge,
• for cancellations that are made 3 months to 1 month before the scheduled arrival we charge a cancellation fee of 40%,
• for cancellations that are made 1 month to 7 days before the scheduled arrival we charge a cancellation fee of 70% and
• for cancellations within the last 7 days before the scheduled arrival we charge a cancellation fee of 90%.
